One Fine Night: Logo

While finishing up thesis and learning the basics of Book Making, I'm also continuously working on old projects from over the years. This was a logo I'd originally designed for One Fine Night, a comic idea I was exploring in Concept Art last semester, and revamped for a Halloween Matchbook design in Book Making. 

I'll be updating this shortly with an image of the final piece.

Question: Is it possible to forget not only to update your blog but that you have a blog altogether? 

Answer: Yes. Apparently quite simple. 

Some older projects have been temporarily moved to the back burner for plot and design development to make way for pieces thesis and other storytelling and book making projects that will need to be completed this semester. Other than that, not much has changed since last year. I realize I haven't put much thesis related work up here yet, mainly because it's production has been all over the place. So for now, here's a couple of pencil images and one watercolor, although I'm don't think I'll be using this piece for a final or working in watercolor overall for this project. I will delve more in to the plot, concept, and creation process later on.
